Shipping Policy

Please take note of the following information regarding our shipping policy:

Estimated Shipping Times: The estimated delivery times provided at checkout are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Actual shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays, local courier issues, and other logistical challenges.

Insurance for Lost Deliveries: All purchases include optional worry-free shipping insurance to protect against lost deliveries. Tracking information must confirm that a parcel is lost for insurance coverage to apply. If insurance is not selected, Simple Moderne cannot assume responsibility for incidents after a package is marked as delivered.

Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address where goods can be securely delivered. Simple Moderne cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to inaccurate addresses.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address: If a parcel is returned to us or lost because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will issue a refund minus 10% for transaction and handling costs.

Parcel Pickup Responsibility: The customer is responsible for collecting parcels from their designated parcel shop if they have chosen this delivery option.

Unclaimed Parcels: If a parcel is not claimed by the customer and is returned to us, we will refund the purchase amount minus the initial shipping fee and the incurred return costs.

Shipping Fees on Returns: If a customer returns part or all of their order, the original shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

P.O. Box Deliveries: Due to signature requirements on most of our shipments, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Delivery Discrepancies: In the event that a parcel is marked as delivered but the customer reports it as not received, Simple Moderne will conduct an investigation. During this process, we will not issue an immediate refund. Instead, our standard procedure is to offer a re-shipment of the item to the original address or an alternative address if preferred. This approach helps protect against fraud while providing a prompt resolution for our customers.
