You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
What Items Are Non-Returnable?
- Outlet or discounted items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? Submit your exchange request, and once approved, your replacement will be shipped. The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item and place a new order.
Refund Options
We offer flexible refund solutions:
- Refunds to your original payment method are issued within 1-7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected by our team. When the refunded amount reaches your account depends on your payment provider.
- Refunds via a Simple Moderne gift card are available instantly after the return is received and processed, with 20% added value, including compensation for return shipping costs.
- Refunds as store credit.
Return Shipping
While customers are not required to provide a tracking number, we strongly recommend it to ensure the return is traceable in case of any issues. Always save the receipt provided by the shipping company as evidence until your return is processed and marked as received.
Although we cannot reimburse return shipping costs, we’re happy to add the shipping amount to your purchase value if you choose to be refunded via a Simple Moderne gift card.
Defective, Damaged, or Lost Items
- For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
- For lost or stolen items, gather evidence and reach out to us immediately for assistance.

To maintain the sustainability and affordability of our outlet section, we cannot accept returns for outlet items. By purchasing from this section, you agree to these terms.
